A professional profile, not a CV editor

Your career,
written down once.

Every new CV comes out of it. No editing the same PDF for five years, no hunting for which version had that project in it.

Real output from the template, not a mockup.

The problem

A CV should not be the source of truth

A career ends up scattered across a pile of PDFs. Each application starts from whichever one was closest, gets edited in place, and drifts. Hirefolio turns it around: what you keep is the career, and every document is a projection of it.

How it works

Four steps, and only the first happens once

  1. 01

    Write your career down

Experience, studies, certifications, languages, projects and achievements. Achievements go in one by one, because later something has to point at them.

  2. 02

    Paste the offer

The whole posting, as it is. It is read once and kept verbatim so you can go back to it.

  3. 03

See what fits and what does not

What you can prove, what half fits, and what the offer asks for that you do not have.

  4. 04

    Download the CV

Content and layout are separate: switching template rewrites nothing and costs nothing.

What fits

We also tell you what you do not have

That is the uncomfortable part, and it is what makes the rest worth anything. A requirement with no evidence stays out of the CV and shows up here, not dressed as a skill.

You can prove it

Kubernetes

Migrated production workloads from Docker Swarm to Kubernetes

Terraform

Introduced Terraform for the team infrastructure

Half a match

Observability

Prometheus is in your profile, with no achievement behind it

You do not have it

AWS

Not in your profile. It stays out of the CV.

Templates

The contents are already written; the template only lays them out

The four sheets below are the same CV, with the same sentences and the same dates. Switching template calls no model and costs nothing.

Real output from each template, from the same data.

Colour

And, if you want, in the company’s colours

Pick the colour or let us take it from the company’s site. It is adjusted before printing so headings stay readable on white, and we tell you when it had to change.

And, if you want, in the company’s colours
And, if you want, in the company’s colours — The template accent

Optional and off by default. Templates without an accent ignore it on purpose.

No invention

It never makes anything up

The AI reorders, shortens, prioritises, translates and decides what to leave out. It does not add a job, a date, a technology or a percentage you did not write.

What you wrote

Pasé varios servicios de Docker Swarm a Kubernetesachievement #41

every sentence keeps the row it came from

What the CV says

Migrated production workloads from Docker Swarm to Kubernetes

What never comes out

Reduced infrastructure costs by 40%

That 40% is not in your profile, so the sentence is rejected before it reaches the document.

This is not a promise made in a prompt. Every generated element carries its source, it is checked against rows you own, and what does not check out goes back to the model. If it insists, the generation fails rather than letting the sentence through.

Privacy

A CV is about as sensitive as anything you will ever upload

Only for what you asked

Your profile is read to write the documents you asked for, and nothing else.

Trains nothing

Not our models and not anybody else’s. That is not the deal.

Out of the logs

It is not in logs or in usage reports, which keep numbers rather than text.

Deleted whole

Delete the account and everything generated goes with it, stored PDFs included.

Questions

What people usually ask

Can it write the CV in another language?

Yes. The language you write your profile in and the language of a document are separate from the start. The facts do not change; the wording does.

Can I edit what it generates?

Yes, and your edits apply to that CV, not to your profile. Tightening a sentence for one company is not a correction to your career.

What if the offer asks for something I do not have?

You are told you do not have it and it stays out of the CV. If it turns out you do, add it to your profile and generate again.

One page or two?

Your choice. What matters for that offer comes first, but a CV trimmed until it no longer represents you has failed at the job.

Can I switch template without generating again?

Yes, and it is free: the content is already written and the template only lays it out. No model is called.

Can I import my current CV?

It is coming. It gets extracted, you review it screen by screen, and only then does it enter your profile: nothing an AI produced is stored without you confirming it.

Write it down once. Present it well every time.

It takes an afternoon and then it stops getting lost.
